We handle all the coordination needed to satisfy the closing requirements, including communication with your lender, surveyor, Realtor and any other parties involved to ultimately deliver a final Title Policy to you, along with your keys, insured as the owner.
On the selling side, we work with you, your Realtor, and mortgage holder to clear any title issues or mortgage payoffs needed, while securing proper paperwork and escrow funds to make sure any monies due to you at closing are sent securely, and that your interest in the property is properly transferred to the new owner.
